Welcome to SVBL FOODS!
I am Lakshmi Hariharaputhran, the founder of SVBL FOODS.
Originally from Madurai, India, my passion for cooking was
nurtured by my mother, Smt. Jaya Ramanujam, from whom I
learned the art of preparing authentic South Indian cuisine.
SVBL FOODS was founded in 2022 with a simple vision—to bring
the taste of home-cooked traditional South Indian sweets and
savouries to people in the Netherlands. As our love for food and
tradition grew, so did our offerings. In 2023, we expanded to include
homemade South Indian vegetarian meals, catering to small
gatherings and individual orders.
By 2024, we had further extended our services to cater to special
occasions, including housewarming ceremonies, baby showers,
birthdays, festivals, and events. Today, we take pride in delivering
freshly prepared, authentic, and delicious South Indian food that
brings comfort and joy to every celebration.
Whether it’s a housewarming, baby shower, or festival gathering, our
customized menus are tailored to your preferences, including
South Indian, North Indian, and popular chaat items. Every dish is
prepared with care, ensuring a homely and flavourful experience for
you and your guests.
